Staff Retention - Help! Close the backdoor before my staff gets away!

Retaining staff is an important part of your program design and you must have a plan in mind to recruit, retrain and develop your staff. This training will discuss strategies that you can implement to help retain good staff.   

All participants must have registered and paid prior to the start of the training in order to participate in the training.
