Managing Staff: A Supervisor Perspective

If you are in a leadership role in a child care program you know one of your biggest challenges can be supervising and motivating your staff.  This class will give you practical techniques to use with your staff to support a healthy work environment for you, your staff, and most importantly the parents and children you serve.

Participants will understand at least two new techniques to use in supervision of staff

 

Participants will understand the important role they play in the moral and quality of their program.

 

Participants will understand at least three new ways to motivate staff.
