Positive Management Techniques for Supervising

and Motivating Staff

Thoughtful planning is needed so that transitions can be positive and enjoyable for all children. Transitions set the tone for each portion of the day. Transitions can quiet children, prepare them to relax, motivate activity participation, or escalate chaos. This workshop will explore transition guidelines and strategies.

All participants must have registered and paid prior to the start of the training in order to participate in the training.
