Power of Affirmations & Self Care
We spend a lot of time helping children manage their emotions and stress. This training concentrates on taking care of the caregiver - how adults can manage their stress in order to be better working with children. We will also be looking at the power of positive affirmations and how this can help us to lead happier, more effective lives both in and out of the classroom.
