I am incredibly humbled to announce that I will be serving with Sozo Children in Kampala, Uganda as a summer intern for 9 weeks. Sozo's mission is to build Christ-centered relationships with impoverished children, which will eventually serve as a platform to disciple and share the gospel. I am very passionate about long-term missions and believe that this extended time in Uganda will allow me to develop genuine and lasting relationships that are deeply rooted in Christ. I am in awe that the Lord has chosen me to be a steward of the gospel, and am trusting that He will equip me with every skill and ability needed to share this gift in the most fruitful way. I am completely unworthy, but have learned over the course of the past few months that when He says “go,” you go. With this, I am relying completely on fundraising to sponsor this trip, and am prayerfully asking fellow believers to give according to however they feel led.
