Hello and welcome to the Birdathon page for Birds of Fray, led by me, Richard Fray!

Will you join my expert-led Birdathon team on Sunday, April 6th? Give or get donations of $200 are recommended for my teammates, and all donations are greatly appreciated.

Here's the plan for the trip:
Join me, leader for Fun Birding Tours, for a day of birding on my birthday! This Birdathon is a laid-back attempt to find at least 100 species, visiting the stream and marsh of Sweetwater Wetlands, riparian woodlands of Madera Canyon, fields and ponds of Rio Rico, and birding hotspot Patagonia in what promises to be a fun day of birds, birds, birds! I bring my simple birding philosophy to the trip, enjoy it!

Birds have a unique, special, and different meaning to each of us. So too is each of our connection with Tucson Audubon Society personal and distinct. During Birdathon, we combine the love of bird watching during spring migration with support for bird conservation.

Birdathoners are birders and social fundraisers, joining together to make a difference for the birds and habitats of southeast Arizona. Birdathoners continue a tradition that has held strong for over 25 years. 

Each Birdathoner's personal network of supporters is what helps makes Birdathon possible.
