Four Mondays, Sept 25, Oct 2, 9, 16; 7-8:30pm
Facilitated by Dr. Phil Ptacin and Ron Adams
Planning for later life is something that can reduce anxiety for you and your loved ones. It allows you to bring into focus your life’s meaning for yourself and for others.
Join us for a series of essential conversations to explore planning for a later life and death that is consistent with who you are, to gain knowledge for informed decisions, and to find ways to talk about this with those you love.
Based on Angelo Volandes’ book The Conversation, we will explore these topics:
Having conversations with friends and family about what matters to us
Insisting on medical care that aligns with how we want to live
Learning what medical care options are really like, and what likely outcomes might be
Recognizing how a spiritual grounding can support us in the aging process
Registration is $45 when received by September 11; $60 thereafter, and includes program, and materials.
Please register by September 18.
Payment in full is due prior to arrival.
