Hello!
I am happy to be riding again this year in the KEY TO KEYS ride after missing it last year. Although my good friend Mckenzi took up the slack and rode last year, I am pleased to be returning for my third year. K2K is a not a bike ride; it is an eight day gathering where 35 or so people focus on one issue, working in unison to do what we can to help those who are effected by cancer. It is an amazing experience where people from all over join and commit to one great cause. It just coincidentally includes some riding from Baltimore to Key West Florida.
I am happy to support the Ulman Cancer Fund in this and other programs because I believe that their efforts are making an valuable and measurable difference in the lives of so many individuals and their families. I am hoping to raise $5000 this year and am asking for your help to support the programs that Ulman staffs and funds. This is not another over-infrastructured and over-staffed charity where 3-5 percent of the monies raised goes to the cause. Uiman is a very small organization that does big things and I am overjoyed that I have witnessed the work first hand and have been a small part of it.

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, the Ulman Cancer Fund is able to provide free support services and resources for the young adult cancer community including:
Cancer to 5K - a 12-week training program designed to introduce or reintroduce cancer survivors to physical activity.
Patient Navigation - a free program (onsite at cancer centers and remotely through our office) that ensures no young adult ever faces cancer alone. We provide one-on-one support & resources to young adults and their families to help them manage the cancer expereience and long-term cancer survival.
Scholarships - a financial assistance program to help young adults continue their education after being affected by cancer through their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one.
